Maggie Claydon, RCC

Maggie Claydon holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She is also a certified EMDR Therapist and registered with the Crime Victim Assistance Program.

Maggie offers clients a judgement-free space to share their stories, receive support and gain insightful and productive feedback. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients live the life that works best for them, navigate their individual challenges and explore the physical, mental, emotional and social aspects of a client’s life which are influencing their well-being.

Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and solution focused, and integrates different therapeutic techniques to best suit the individual client’s needs and goals. Her person-centered, mindfulness based therapy focuses on the whole individual in order to help her clients create a balanced life.
