Sherry Scheideman, MA, RCC

Sherry is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who uses her life experience and training in a mindful and compassionate approach to help her clients gain clarity on transitions (involving family, jobs/careers, school, relocations, finances, health, and aging), and relationships (involving family, friends, partners, lovers, exes, adversaries, bosses, co-workers, community members, neighbours, strangers, bureaucracies, addictive substances and behaviours, yourself, your body, your past, your present, and your future). She has also helped clients with anxiety and depression.

Sherry has facilitated groups in parenting after divorce, exploring anger, improving your parenting, inquiry-based stress reduction (also called “The Work of Byron Katie”), and living with celiac disease.
