Over 250 communities nationwide, including Victoria BC, are celebrating today as Kindness Day. Folks are encouraged to act randomly kind, ie., buy someone a coffee, hold the door open for a colleague etc.
Consider adding random acts of kindness more frequently, weekly, daily even. For example, behaving kinder to your spouse and/or kids might have a direct impact on your quality of life.
