Direct Billing
Counselling is not covered by the BC provincial health plan but you might have partial or full coverage from your employer’s extended insurance plan. Check your plan to determine your coverage; we are not able to do that for you due to privacy limitations.
Direct Billing is available on some insurance plans. We are registered with Telus eClaims. Click this table to see if your plan is eligible for direct billing. We also provide direct billing to Greenshield, Metis Nation of BC, SAJE program, and Autism Funding for children under 19 years of age. We will be able to direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross by the end of November, 2025.
NOTE: We are not able to provide direct billing or administrative support to claims covered by Sun Life, First Nations Health Authority, ICBC, or Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP).
Rates
Fees for counselling services:
- Individual therapy (50 – 60 minutes): Starting at $160
- Couples or Family therapy (50 – 60 minutes): Starting at $180
Our counsellors do not offer sliding scales at this time. 24 hours notice is required before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid being charged for the full cost of the missed appointment. We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard Debit, but do not accept e-transfers.
