By offering clear, transparent rates, we hope to build trust with our clients.
Fees for counselling services follow the Recommended Fees Schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Some of our counsellors offer sliding scale rates. Please discuss this with your counsellor or our Clinical Director if you have questions.
Insurance Coverage and Claims
Many extended insurance plans provided by employers pay for counselling by a “Registered Clinical Counsellor” (RCC) or a “Certified Canadian Counsellor” (CCC) of your choice. For example, many employees of the BC Public Service and the Capital Regional District have a certain amount of benefits available per year through their extended health care plan. Depending on your plan, you might be able to select your own counsellor that has the required designation covered. You would then be reimbursed up to your yearly limit. For more detail, we suggest you contact your insurance provider.
