Arandeep Virk (Aran) is a Registered Social Worker in British Columbia and Ontario, offering in-person counselling in Victoria, BC, and virtual counselling services across BC and Ontario for individuals and families. (NOTE: In-person sessions will be available in early February 2024). With a background in both healthcare and community settings, Aran has developed a comprehensive understanding of the systemic factors influencing mental health. She supports clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger management and chronic illness, to name a few. She tailors her her approach to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

Grounded in a strength-based framework, she integrates systemic and cultural perspectives into her work, ensuring care is both personalized and impactful.
