Cheryl is a Canadian Certified Counsellor offering online and in-person counselling in Victoria, BC. She has over 30 years of experience working with adults, couples, families, and youth aged 10+. She is dedicated to helping you navigate through life’s toughest challenges, whether it’s managing anxiety, depression, addictions, grief & loss, or trauma. She offers sessions by phone, video or in-person. She believes everyone’s journey through pain & hardship is unique. Whether you have lost a loved one, faced a career setback, uncovered a family secret, experienced betrayal or are struggling with a life transition, Cheryl is there to help you find your path forward and work with you to restore your spirit to find your next hopeful horizon.

Couples Counselling: Cheryl has over 30 years as a couples counsellor including running couples retreats. Her couples sessions are typically 90 minutes in length to allow for the in-depth work which she believes helps people move along faster and with lasting results.

Cheryl has personal experience; her family has struggled with 3 generations of addiction and she understands the pain of family dysfunction, divorce, family violence, sudden death & codependency. She has supported family members with opioid addiction & welcomed others to express their LGBTQ2S identity. She has also lived on the Gitxsan territories & trained in Indigenous cultural healing practices.
