Cheryl is a Canadian Certified Counsellor offering online and in-person counselling in Victoria, BC. She has over 30 years of experience working with adults, couples, families, and youth aged 10+. She is dedicated to helping you navigate through life’s toughest challenges, whether it’s managing anxiety, depression, addictions, grief & loss, or trauma. She offers sessions by phone, video or in-person. She believes everyone’s journey through pain & hardship is unique. Cheryl has personal experience; her family has struggled with 3 generations of addiction and she understands the pain of family dysfunction, divorce, family violence, sudden death & codependency. She has supported family members with opioid addiction & welcomed others to express their LGBTQ2S identity. She has also lived on the Gitxsan territories & trained in Indigenous cultural healing practices.
