I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver, BC. I offer in-person, walk-and-talk, and online sessions. In-person sessions are available in Kitsilano, and walk-and-talk sessions are offered in both Kitsilano and East Vancouver. I work with youth, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. I also support activists and frontline workers experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and ecological grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, focusing on creating a space where you feel understood and supported.

My practice draws from feminist, narrative, and nature-based approaches, integrating modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, parts work, and emotion-focused therapy, to meet your unique needs. I support youth and young adults through difficult life transitions, helping them navigate challenges such as identity, relationships, school, career, and mental health. For couples, I provide support in navigating conflict, communication difficulties, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected.

I offer neuro-affirming care and support for neurodivergent individuals in an inclusive space. I understand how executive functioning challenges, nervous system overwhelm, and systemic barriers can impact daily life, relationships, and self-esteem. Having personally experienced executive functioning challenges, I understand the difficulty of managing daily demands, and I bring this empathy into every session.

Originally from Ontario, I have lived on the west coast of BC since 2017. In addition to counselling, I have worked in administration, customer service, the hospitality industry, front-line work, preschool teaching, and farming. In my free time, I love to garden, crochet, and spend time with family and friends. Let me know if you’d like me to make any changes. Thank you so much!
