Thayre Christine Fellows, MC, CCC

Thayre Christine Fellows is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) based in Victoria, BC. She provides remote counselling sessions in person or via video or phone.  With a warm and caring approach, Thayre assists clients struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, trauma and spiritual issues. Thayre holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. Her work takes a client-centred approach primarily utilizing techniques from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psycho-Spiritual Therapy. She helps clients gain awareness of underlying cognitive patterns, relationship patterns, and core belief systems and helps them to release limitations, gain confidence and achieve positive change. Thayre believes that each client is the expert on their own experience, and that with intention and
willingness people can dramatically change their lives for the better while using their life challenges as opportunities. She recognizes the immense inner wisdom and strength that clients hold, regardless of their circumstances. Using a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs, Thayre helps to gently and compassionately guide clients on how to tap into the power of their true selves.
